GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE to the Seller (and User)

Preamble / introduction

ESTHETE PLACE develops and operates the ESTHETE PLACE website accessible at URL addresses: https://www.estheteplace.com (hereinafter the “Site”).
The Site is an online market place that connects Sellers and Buyers for the sale of decorative Objects, decorative art and luxury crafts (hereinafter the "Object").
ESTHETE PLACE acts as a trusted third party and facilitates meetings between Buyers and Sellers.
In this capacity, it is specified that ESTHETE PLACE, which is neither Seller nor Buyer, exercises no control over the sales made by Users (as defined in Article 1 below) on the Site and cannot be held liable in this regard, in any capacity whatsoever.

article 1. the Price of the Object

2.1 The Sale is definitively concluded when the full price of the Object is paid.
